21 minutes in the drive thru for 3 sandwich’s and 2 fries. Apparently something happened with the screens so the back wasn’t seeing orders. For anyone. And it took 15 minutes for them to realize that. Then 4 employees went in the office and left one kid to figure it all out. I’m not big fan of harm but this place makes me want to stab myself. A lot. We waited an unusually long time for our Whopper Jr and 4 Spicy Wraps at this restaurant. When the server finally brought our food, they apologized for the delay. However, once we got on the road, we discovered that the burger and fries were ice cold, making us question why we waited so long in the first place. Overall, we were very disappointed with the food, service, and atmosphere, giving them a rating of 1 for each category.
Sadly, please avoid this location. We did a mobile order pickup to be picked up via drive thru. After 5-10 min wait, We went in to witness a disaster. After another 5-10 minute wait, they stopped placing new orders and at that point, we tried to cancel our order but they couldn't. BK online support didn't honor the cancellation so they offered a $5 discount on a $20 order. Service: Take out
Do not get any food here I went there to try the new wraps and the worker there said (these customers are feening for these wraps) very unprofessional. And they gave a small chicken chicken nugget in the wrap aswell . I can only imagine what the other food taste like . Never going there again Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

I wanted to give a shout out to an employee named Will who was working hard taking orders and preparing food while three others were in the back. He was amazing and definitely deserves more recognition. I was in a hurry for school, but I noticed he was the only one handling everything. This was during lunchtime.
At the drive-thru I encountered two employees smoking marijuana. They rushed into the kitchen when they saw me. The employee who served me was rushing around taking my order. The food was burnt. This was my last visit to this BK. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
This place use to be great but lately their service has been subpar. Not sure if it's all new staff but the food comes out rushed and cold and you have to ask for everything from a straw for your drink to napkins and condiments. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Keep the coupons coming. Makes going to fast food places affordable. Only thing i dislike are the fries. I always substitute onion rings. Please change them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
