We arrived at the restaurant at 10:28 AM, but they refused to take our lunch order, which we understood. However, since we didn't want breakfast, we decided to leave. After using the restroom, we overheard the staff speaking about us in a disrespectful manner, including yelling and rolling their eyes while calling us names. One employee even mentioned that if we returned to order, they wouldn’t serve us. It was disappointing to see the entire staff gossiping about us and not telling the truth. At that point, I wouldn't have considered ordering from them, even if they were the only option available.
I ordered #2 breakfast croissandwich with bacon no cheese please. She repeated my order and said no cheese. Why would I even doubt wouldn 't be made my way. Get home, unwrap my breakfast sandwich and the 1st thing I see is the melted corner of cheesehanging out of my no cheese order. Why?!!! Why do the people in the make line not see NO CHEESE? Why do we the people whochoose not to eat cheese have to go through this struggle too many times in our lives? Burger King you ruined my breakfast andI 'm so upset and hungry. I guess I 'm officially HANGRY I even had to heat my coffee in the microwave. :
Terrible service. Employees was very rude. They started talking about me and my friend and rolling their eyes at us. I specifically asked for No mayonnaise and still put mayonnaise on it and I had them redo it again without mayonnaise and theygave me one with mayonnaise for the second time then the third time they made it they shoved it towards me. The drinks dispenseis very dirty. I got a HiC and flies came out with my drink and I told them about it and they just gave me another cup and ithappened again. We came here at 11:00 am on October 22. These employees need to be looked into.
Just when through the drive thru and got some of the best customer service ever! After taking your order they ask for a name for the order and the staff at both drive thru windows greeted me by name and were very polite. They got me my food quickly and it was warm. There is nothing else you'd want from a fast food restaurant. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

I tried Burger King for the third time, but unfortunately, I won't be going back. They repeatedly get my order wrong or forget items. If you choose to visit, make sure to check your bag every time. Almost 90% of the time, something is missing. Tonight, I ordered 8 mozzarella sticks but only got 4 and a half.
Got charged for a double whopper with cheese, no Mayo, no onion. Got a single no cheese with every thing. Also ordered 2 rodeo cheeseburgers and got bread and a patty on both. A diet coke that was regular. I over paid probably $7. Will never return.
The food was cold and the fry box wasn't full. I won't be returning to any burger king because there was a sign in the drive thru window stating they don't allow photo or video. They obviously don't want to be held accountable for anything. LOL
The restaurant appeared to be extremely clean. The woman at the drive-thru was very kind and courteous. All the staff we encountered were wearing masks and gloves. The food was fresh and met our expectations perfectly.

The garden on the burger was clearly old and gross. Burger King: If you wouldn't make a salad with it then don't put it on a burger underneath a bun, it doesn't hide the old! The fries were excellent. Service was fast.
