This place is worse than not good. It is abysmal. I don't care when I come to this place it the same trash ass customer service each and every time. They always mess up my order. They conveniently never supply the receipt so if they mess your **** up good luck proving it. And don't pay for extra nothing because you will not receive it. I don't know what this location has against my wish to receive extra tomatoes on my sandwich. They either forget to give to me. Mind you they never forget to charge me. my review is because the last 3 times I was here about the spanning of 6ish months my order was cold and wrong. I don't blame the hired, because every time I come, she was all alone. work the entire drive alone. not sure what burger kings policy is, but I know most companies require at least two workers at any time for security issues. I have empathy for her and her patient! if I were her, I would have quit a long time ago, it is dismaying to treat the workers on this wise. She was alone every time I came.
The dining room is never open... The card reader never works, their overall app doesn't work 95% of the time. I just think that Burger King has really declined in quality. When you order on their app, you can't even order the same things that you can order when you go in the store and the prices change. You can't even order their bundle on the app. This store specifically is....one of the worst.
How about changing the website menu, to reflect that the egnormous burrito has no sausage, but double the bacon. Also, don't tell the employees, that the change is a better health alternative. Last time I checked, bacon has twice the fat as sausage. Get your facts straight. I only order the egnormous burrito, because it has sausage.

Every employee at every visit to this particular Burger King has been very nice, experienced, and completely efficient. This is not the case for all Burger Kings, but this store should be THE shining example of how to take care of customers.Food: 5/5
They've lost me as a customer forever. Everything I ordered was wrong and I didn't get any of the dipping sauces. If they were busy I would be more understanding but I was the only car in the drive-thru the entire time I was there and was not busy.
parking was absolutely dark signs away and there were homeless sitting at the drive-dru disturbing customers and throwing dings on vehicles if they were not given money. good that Chick-fil-A is on the other side. you can have your bauchtrash.
to the "Hello" driving drum type, thet coke is not the same with regular coca cola, idiot. make sure when they welcome customers, they say hello welcome to burger king, what can I help them today? not only say "Hello"

Non existent customer service. Employee milking the clock at the drive thru window reaches for your payment and hands out your food without saying a thing then goes back to phone time. Plus no receipt was given.
They are keeping it clean. My wiper and fries were exactly what i expected them to be and the staff was friendly and prompt. Great experience for a fast food restaurant.
