I had an unpleasant experience today with the Manger Jaylen. First, I noticed how each employee had their outside coats on at the windows dealing with customers food instead of the proper company coats. It 's a bad look for Burger King and it makes youwonder about the dealings of the food with outside clothing in the kitchen. We frequent this place a couple times a month but our last 2 experiences weren't good. 3 wks ago, we asked for no salt got it anyway. The cashier seemed new because we had to keep repeating ourselves. Manager had to help with code. My guy has high bloodpressure I want to keep mine healthy. This is a treat for us. He had to go in to exchange fries. Today I was told we have tocome in which is crazy. The sign was too low so I coudn't read it. All places are busy so they can take the take fries to pkglot as fast food places normally do. What do the handicap do? I have a handicap sticker as we both have pain issues. First and foremost I when I got to the window they got my order completely wrong ? , then told me to wait in the front. I went to the front got my order still was missing two things called the restaurant and told them I was missing Two more things she told me ? go back in line and bring the recipet? the line was long very long I called I called again told her if she can bring me stuff out I?m not waiting in line for something I already ordered waiting in line for , she did alright but in a real lazy way
This has got to be the worst restaurant in Burker King. It 's the only one near my area, and I can tell you I 've never been there without my order being wrong. Either receiving the wrong sandwich, or having ordered a sandwich my way and yet they forget and don 't make it to order. BK is actually pretty expensive for fast food, certainly too much so to not be able to give you what you order. This restaurant is also dirty, and not well- maintained. Skip it and try someplace, ANYPLACE else.

Burger King is good for this location the only thing I'd say is sometimes the drive thru line is too long but that's because the food is so good. It seems they keep running out of vanilla ice coffee which is a problem to me because they have e the best iced coffee but other than that it's a cool spot. Come in the morning and at 12 exactly to beat the lines.
They all could use retraining on customer service, if they ever received any. I?ve never seen it busy in there however the drive thru is at least a 20 minute wait and they always seem to have 5+ employees running around like they're swamped. Maybethey are focusing on catering or Uber eats/lift order (bc they?re so many). Not sure, but never again.
Service was relatively quick and prices are very nice, but the food quality was very very bad. The chicken sandwich and nuggets were both undercooked, and the burger just didn't taste right. I might give them another chance but I can't say I was happy this time.
We forgot to put our order in at the speaker, but the cashier was kind enough to take our order at the window. It was quick and still good when we got home.

Smooth drive thru experience. Nice cashiers and my food was good although not as hot as I'd like. Several options to customize the menu.
This spot never disappoints. They serve excellent food for reasonable prices, there no long wait even when the place is full.
