The service was disappointing, as two staff members appeared to have a bad attitude and acted as if we were asking for free food. Their unprofessional comments about customers made the experience quite unpleasant. It's unfortunate that there aren't staff present who provide better service.
Everytime I come to order in the drive thru, they are always rushing me saying is that it after every item I mention. And of course they got my order wrong. They forgot my kids meal. Their tone is not friendly at all. It 's like they do not want to takethe time to listen to you.
The sodas here are never filled properly, or maybe the Uber driver drank half of each one—it's hard to say. I also can't distinguish between their Sunday and milkshake. When I went to complain, the place was unclean, and they didn't answer the phone at all.
I ordered through the app and waited over 2 hours for my food, but it never arrived. After the first hour, I reached out to customer service, and they assured me my order was on the way. Another hour went by, and still no food. Reserva una mesa ahora
