Burger King - Reservar una mesa

We went to this restaurant at 10:28 am and they wouldn?t take our order for lunch. That was fine we just didn?t want breakfast so we simply said we would go somewhere else. We stopped by the restroom and the staff was talking about us yelling at them and rolling our eyes and calling us names. Then another employee stated that if we came back up there to order tell them you can?t wait on them. Every employee in there were mouthing about us and quite frankly lying about us. Wouldn?t have ordered from them at that point if it was the only option I had.

The food was cold and the fry box wasn't full. I won't be returning to any burger king because there was a sign in the drive thru window stating they don't allow photo or video. They obviously don't want to be held accountable for anything. LOL

Third times a charm....not for here. Will not go back. They always mess up my food or forget half of it. If you go, ALWAYS check your bag. 9 out of 10 times its missing something. Tonight order 8pc mozzarella sticks....got 4 1/2?

Store looked super clean. Drive through lady was really nice nice and polite. Masks and gloves were were on all staff we saw. Food was fresh and exactly what we expected.

It?s nice to have Burger King in Shepherdsville again .. my food is always nice and hot!!
