Burger King - Reservar una mesa

Very disappointed. They should change their advertising to hey we 're not fast food. After 9 pm on a Saturday night waited apx 5 minutes in drive thru without even being acknowledged. Ok maybe they 're understaffed idk. Ok so I 'll go inside. One guy at counter ordering, one elderly Asian gentleman then me. Finally got my order 15 minutes after I first went thru drive thru line. On my way home from work Friday I stopped at another BK drive thru. 2cars ahead of me. Not only another 10 minute ordeal and the messed up the order but I was hungry and figured I would get them on the survey.

On the way, late hours decided to grab some quick food pulled in to drive through and ordered a standard classic chicken sandwich. The order was taken, and as I pulled to the window, the food was ready, The burger was very subpar and not even matching to Bk standards. This place is on Dekalb Pike in 202. They have plenty of parking, and I haven't visited inside to review ambiance and cleanliness.

I ordered a Whopper Jr. I received a chicken sandwich. I could have eaten the sandwich but it was drenched in a sauce! Absolutely disturbing!

Be sure to count your change. My order was $4 I gave $20 only got $6 back. I like the food but the service is terrible

Drive Thru guy handed me the bag and said, you 're all set . Get home and I don 't have half my $30 order!
