I want to start by saying that I've been a local resident for many years, and I've frequented this Burger King quite a bit. Back in 2020, the management was not great—there was a particularly unpleasant manager who had a terrible attitude, which was quite memorable for all the wrong reasons. Fortunately, that manager is no longer there, and I've recently noticed a significant improvement in service with the new team, especially two staff members: a short woman and an older man who seem to be doing a great job. During the pandemic, I've noticed that drive-thrus often struggle to get my orders right. About a week ago, I ordered from this Burger King and expected the usual mistakes and a grumpy employee handing me my food. However, the gentleman working the drive-thru was like the Chief of Staff of Burger King. He asked me every possible question to ensure my order was correct and was genuinely enthusiastic about taking it. When I arrived at the window, he was incredibly fast and friendly—truly the best service I've experienced. He went above and beyond what I'm used to; our order was perfect. He even doubled the drink tray for us since we had quite a few drinks, something I've never had done before....

The restaurant does not allow indoor dining so if you visit, be prepared to sit in the drive thru line. We went for lunch on Saturday and the line was long but moved well. The restaurant takes up to two coupons per visit so have those ready to give them to codes at the top. The $12.99 family bundle coupon is worthwhile. The order came out quickly and correctly. Try the zesty sauce if you haven't already! Lastly, the wait times are a bit longer due to short staffing. Be patient and kind.

After a late-night drive, I stopped by a drive-through for a quick bite and ordered a classic chicken sandwich. When I reached the window, my food was already prepared. Unfortunately, the sandwich was quite disappointing and didn’t meet the standards I expect from a burger chain. Earlier that week, on my way home from work on Friday, I stopped at another BK drive-thru. With two cars ahead of me, I faced another 10-minute wait, and to top it off, they messed up my order. I was really hungry and planned to share my feedback through the survey.

I ordered a Double Whopper Meal, chicken fries and an chicken sandwich instead they sent me a chicken 9 Pc. Chicken Fries meal and a second chicken fry. One sauce. And ketchup for my onion rings? Disappointed to say the least.

The fries were unsalted and stale, the onion rings were just okay—not very crispy and more chewy than I expected, which wasn't enjoyable. The chicken nuggets were pretty disappointing, and to top it off, you forgot my sauce.
