Burger King - Reservar una mesa

We stopped for Lunch. I was using a coupon for chicken nuggets and was told I have to pay separate for coupons???? Since when? So we got our food sat down at Table and I bit into my Chicken Nugget and it was raw and gooey. I put it back in bag, took back and told them it was raw in middle. The boy took them stuck them back in fryer and gave back to me Minus the raw one. I've worked Food Service many years and once Food leaves kitchen you do not stick Food back in fryers.....cross cantamination!! That's a NoNo.....so what else do they do that's not right? I wouldn't trust this restaurant again.

This Burger King shuts there Mobile ordering off multiple times a week. This forces a customer to pay full menu price for things that are on the Mobile site as a special. This is a form of price gouging. Turning off Mobile ordering when your signage advertises it is a dirty fraudulent move. Enough that I am reminded that McDonald's is right down the road.

The manager is extremely rude and very angry. She is on the drive thur. I order bacon and egg crossiant no cheese and coffee. I got bacon egg and cheese. I am allergic to cheese. The reason I ordered without cheese. I ordered coffee and got orange juice. I am allergic to oranges. The hashbrowns were cold. This is the worst place to eat.

The dining area was not open and they seemed short staffed but the team here is very efficient and served us hot and fresh food. I anticipated a wait because of the area and frequent travelers but this location/staff seems great at handling it all.

Only here because of the Tesla Superchargers in the parking lot. Clean restaurant and restrooms. The impossible whopper was good.
