I go to this one often but today I waited at the box longer to order. The lane person said I be with you in one moment. Placed my order. He either talked realy soft or the headset wasn't working properly. they were two other cars in front of me that I was aware of and we all sit there long enough that everyone had put their vehicles in park. I'm not for sure how long I had sent in Long waiting to get up to that very last window but I know it was longer than usual and they was only one call behind me I do not know if they was short on help or if they was having other issues but the food was hot and once I did made my payment I got it pretty fast it was just sitting in line so long cuz it was...
Ordered a number one. Asked for no pickles, no tomatoes, light ketchup and light mayo. I get my order and it has all of the above. What I didn?t ask for... not to mention the fries and chicken nuggets were cold. The lady at the drive through was nice, just horrible at following instructions. This would be one of the main reasons I never go to this location. Every time I?ve been here it?s been poor service. This place deserves a one star.
Every time I visit this restaurant, the staff is fast and provides excellent service to customers, even when they may not be having a good day (though they don't show it, you can tell they are tired from a long shift). The food is consistently fresh, and if there is ever an issue, it is promptly resolved without any questions. I really enjoy dining at this Burger King.
They forgot to take our card and when we were honest and drove back to pay for a 40 dollar meal they acted like they could care less that we just saved their drawer for the night. I've worked in fast food before and if someone came back and paid like we did I would have thanked them and even offered a dessert or something for free.

I live like fr would rather go than eat her food ever old and rough....but this! Is literally the best in the city, this is the only bk I go even during the ride across the country.. went to this for 15 years ive never had a bad hepper or old fries it food is impeccable?
Food was cold . We got the coupon special . Two jr whoppers and fries. Took a little bit to get and then it was all cold.But, it was neatly prepped so, it wasn't nothing to raise hell about. It was still good. Liked the small portion.
My prior best friend is working here!!! I'm not eating here but just wanted to leave a review and show how proud I am of her being so responsible!!! This place is really empty though......
I had fantastic service from Brandon, the shift manager. He went above and beyond to make my night more enjoyable. I'm really grateful for his help!

Excellent hot coffee! The restaurant is very clean! Definitely recommend checking it out!
