Burger King - Reservar una mesa

Went here bc it's my boyfriend's favorite, and they usually get our order right. We went thru the drive thru and ordered a #1, #2 and an original chicken sandwich. We did not receive the chicken sandwich, they forgot to give us our ranch and bbq sauce (but gave us a hefty handful of ketchup that we didn't want) and the sprite tasted like musty soda water, like they either didn't realize the soda bib was out or maybe they just don't care. We tried to call the number they have listed for this location but instead got met with a dial tone/disconnected number. Incredibly dissatisfied with the service, we won't be returning to this location again.

Worst overall experience. Customer service was the worst, the location was beyond filthy. I see nothing but negative reviews and looks like nothing has changed month after month after everyone complaining over the same things?

I have been here for 2 years, I have lived here, alejandra is a very hard worker who has taken most of my running thru records, the main reason that I do not go to another burger king, best customer satisfaction!

yummy, good service, faster, drive thru was faster, and whopper, pommes, nuggets are good.
