You can’t expect much from a fast food chain, but I go to Burger King because it’s close to my job site. Every time I visit, it's the same lady taking my order, and she always has the same rude attitude and tone at the speaker, sounding like she doesn’t want to be there. I get it—she works there, not me—and that doesn’t bother me.

The staff at this restaurant appears to be exclusively Hispanic, which seems to suggest a lack of diversity in hiring. I found it quite frustrating that customers are not allowed to use the restroom. Additionally, the entrance door was locked. When I asked if they were closed, they said no, but if I hadn’t seen others leaving the drive-thru, I would have assumed they were closed, as not everyone uses that option for service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They served my kids warm Sprite with no ice, and when I asked for the manager’s name to report to corporate, they shut the window on us. We lost 15 customers who waited around my vehicle for about 30 minutes. The manager and staff had extremely long nails, and the customer service was terrible. Burger King will never have me or my children as customers again.
I waited in line for 10 minutes, even though I was first with no one ahead of me, but the staff completely ignored me. They didn’t inform me that someone would be with me soon. Feeling frustrated, I chose to leave.

I've experienced several instances at the drive-thru where it took a long time for them to take my order. They definitely need to improve in that area.
The location is not great. The waitstaff is not very friendly. They brought out the incorrect order. The burger tasted average, as usual.
Overall, it was a positive experience. The service was quick, and they honored the promotions and special offers.
