The restaurant's interior was quite appealing, but the food did not meet my expectations. The Whoppers we ordered were acceptable, but the fries were cold and tasted awful. I nearly overlooked the place because it was so poorly lit outside—none of the signs were illuminated, which gave it a rather closed-off feel. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was clean inside. However, I noticed that all the staff was preparing food without wearing masks, which is troubling given the ongoing risk of COVID-19. I really enjoy Burger King, but I may need to think twice before ordering from them again.

The restaurant is situated in a charming neighborhood and features a welcoming staff. The burgers are made with great skill. However, I do have a concern: when food is prepared quickly, I worry that the staff might not change their gloves between different dishes, especially when one contains pork bacon and another does not. I truly hope that everyone is using tongs instead of their hands, assuming that wearing gloves makes it acceptable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. The seating was comfortable, and the place was well-maintained.

We stopped by this Burger King for dessert and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern it is now. The last time I visited, about four years ago, I was shocked by the poor conditions and the number of people hanging around. It's evident that management has changed since then. All the furniture looked new, and the dining area was occupied only by customers. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Just a heads up: no mask, no service!

The place is very clean and spacious, offering a variety of seating options including regular chairs, high chairs, and baby seats. The staff is exceptional, and my order arrived quickly. There's a huge parking lot, so parking is a breeze, and they even have a drive-thru and a handicap ramp, which is fantastic. When I visited, it wasn't crowded at all. This Burger King has recently been remodeled, and it's a significant improvement over how it used to be. The parking lot has at least 20 spaces, and the front entrance is accessible for those with disabilities. The dining area is modern and comfortable, and the food is excellent. The only downside was the service, which was a bit slow, but overall, the experience was enjoyable enough for me to give it a full 5 stars.

After a long day traveling from the airport, we were welcomed with a warm smile from Alfonso. He informed us that the dining room was closed, but he generously checked with his manager, Kimberly, who permitted us to sit down and enjoy our dinner. We are grateful for the exceptional service! It was the perfect way to end our long day.

This restaurant is an excellent choice on Astoria Blvd. for a quick takeout meal. It has plenty of parking, and the staff is very professional. Although it may not always be crowded, that doesn't mean they aren't doing well in terms of sales.

The dining experience has been quite disappointing. When using the drive-thru, they frequently ask customers to pull over to the side, probably to improve their reported wait times.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The drive-thru was a disaster, with messy, cold food and unfriendly staff offering terrible customer service. Just a warning!
