My husband and I pulled in while shopping earlier today this Sunday and we sat in line with four people behind us two people in front of us in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes 25 minutes yeah 30 minutes maybe and when I pulled up to the window she was very nice and apologize and said that they had to cook fresh food and I said great then my fish sandwich and my chicken sandwich will be fresh she said yeah I had fresh fries and that's all I had fresh the chicken and the fish was so bad you can even chew it it was horrible and so I'm going up there here in just a few minutes I want my money back and I want my gas money cuz I live in Jemison I wasn't able to eat my food my husband wasn't able to e...
Meanwhile, I observed the employees staring at a screen above the drinks with looks of disgust, seemingly upset about something with a customer and displaying unprofessional behavior. The individual I assumed was the manager had a nasty attitude, and another staff member, who appeared to work in the kitchen, made a comment in Spanish that suggested he found the situation amusing. I’m not sure what kind of business they think they’re running, but refusing to provide a small cup and insisting on a larger one is quite unethical. I sincerely hope there is some management oversight in place, as the level of customer service I experienced was unacceptable.
I’m going to try and be somewhat positive with this review because the lady at the drive thru was very nice but the food just sucked. The fries were warm which was good. I also ordered a #8 meal (large) and the cheese was still frozen on it. Granted I did order lunch at 10:30 but before I ordered lunch, I asked them if they were serving lunch first. But still, frozen cheese? The lettuce was old, I don’t know what kind of sauce was on it but it was nasty ?…I also ordered cheese sticks and those were not even cooked all the way. Needless to say, I need to get a new lunch. They need to get a new cook or something.
Came to this location for my daughter. I get to the drive thru wait 5 mins because the employee went to his car. Well I make my order finally and then the guy says is that all I can get for you? I said no sir and now I hear ughhhh omg. Over the speaker. I honestly was so surprised as my husband comes to this location for our 2 year old daughter almost everyday to get her food. So I pulled off. As I pass the window the guy working the window has a skee mask on where you can only see his eyes and nose. Very unprofessional! Won’t be back!

Unmotivated and rude crew. Knowingly gave me two orders of fries instead of mozz sticks. I received an attitude from the start, I would’ve been understanding if they simply said they did not have it. Would not waste my money here, never a good experience especially at night.
It’s 2 PM on a Tuesday and they’re closed? It seems like they don’t care about their business success at all. This is the worst fast food place I’ve ever encountered.
Helen was so extremely pleasant and friendly. That was very refreshing to see in fast food these days. I hope BK knows what an asset they have in her.
I'll get the food because it's convenient but everytime I go to the window whoever's there looks so miserable like they hate their job.

The lobby was spotless and the staff were fantastic. I just had the bacon melt, and it was delicious!
Nasty staff. They don't care. They look dirty and attitudes suck they need to be shut down
