"Bad service, unpolite, they even gave us a wrong order and still said they are right. Please if you pass by this BK better go to the next nearest. I do not recomend it. so slow service and overpriced."

After visiting many many fast food restaurants this one is really bad. The manager helped every single customer with an bad attitude. Sighing and looking totally irritated he seemed absolutely not happy with his life. Unfortunately he felt the need to express this in every...single way to all the customers. Most of them were on holiday and happy but he managed to make them feel miserable and not welcome. The foot was not want and a lot of items we're sold out. Never even again I will enter this place. I advise the manager an career move....
Fastfood is not our daily meal but while on a family trip we sometimes stop McDonald or BK. This BK is just plainly disgusting and terrible. First you have to wait for a long time then the food you get is just plainly...gross. the bread is either soggy or dry and you really have to find the meat amongst all the breading ... never was that disgusted. Although I am not a fan of McDonald either, the food and quality is way better. Last but not least the prices are outrageous Avoid this place it's not the first time we made this experience
What would you expect from a fast food restaurant? Obviously the quality and service of a high class restaurat... but come on, how difficult can it be to assemble a burger ?! Even when I complained (didn't even bite the thing.. they wouldn't even make...up for it.. next time I'm travelling and get hungry I'll think twice and stop at the Raststette
