This Burger King is sooooo GHETTO! I don’t really feel like explaining in full detail but the young man that was taking my order was so sassy. At one point I asked to confirm they had the onion rings and he said alright. I’m like that’s not the response. He didn’t say anything. When I pulled up to the window to pick up my order I asked who took my order and the young lady said the manager. ? it’s very embarrassing that the customer service is that extremely high level of ghetto. I worked at Burger King when I was a teen and they have truly fallen off as far as having decent standards. It’s really sad
Burger King located at 500 Lyons in Irvington claims to be open 24 hours on their website and on their door sign, but in reality, they do not serve food during the night or early morning hours. Customers looking for breakfast or coffee may find themselves disappointed as the restaurant is closed during these times. It is suggested that Burger King update their schedule on their website to avoid providing false information to the public.
It was 12 midnight the line was long I went inside stood there for 10minutes before before being acknowledged. The manager with dirty pants falling off locked the doors then I was told that I only could order through drive thru. Goes on line another 15 minutes ordered and the food was horrible stale bread and cold food never again will I go there
Not very happy with this Burger King experience. The employees seem to be more worried about their appearance, which isn't the best, rather than the maintenance and the appearance of the store.There is a serious lack of GOOD customer service at this place. And, the Burger King app is very laggy.

Terrible service No one at the register to greet you and take your order rest rooms out of order, employees jokin laughing when service could have been provided. If my son didn't request I would walked out
Despite the wait time for food, I still believe that this Burger King is one of the best around. The food quality is consistently good, and my order has never been incorrect.
currently in the thru laufwerk after 20 minutes repeated my order 4 times, while 6 people in the inner do nothing. it's almost 10 o'clock, they're not busy or all Imao
Cashiers are TERRIBLE. I go there late after work, 1:55am. They express there attitude when you are trying to decide on what to order, etc. Food is legit.
