This BK location has gone downhill since the health crisis set in. They were prompt with our order, but they weren't exactly friendly when we placed the order. The food was also subpar, like it has been sitting for a while in the warmer. I'm disappointed, because I always enjoyed this location. Dietary restrictions: If you cannot eat sesame seed buns, but you want a whopper, you can always ask for your sandwich to be made with 2 bottom buns. Also, you can order fries without salt. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
We arrived at the restaurant and noticed that the drive-thru had a long line wrapping around the building, so we decided to go inside instead. Just as we were about to enter, a family came out in front of us, only for the door to be locked. Frustrated, we returned to our car and waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes without moving. Seeing other cars leaving the line, we ultimately decided to leave and go to KFC instead. We were really looking forward to a Whopper!
If I could give negative stars, I would. The food here was completely inedible and we had to go across the parking lot to Frisch's to eat. We both ordered the Ch'King and we did not get the ch'king. They used re-dropped chicken that is typically used for the cheap sandwich and you couldn't even chew it. Save yourself the trip and go anywhere else.
The owner must improve. The service at this restaurant is consistently below average. On multiple occasions, they made us wait at the payment window even after we had already paid and there was no one else in line. They need to provide a reason for this. Are they short-staffed? They should do something to attract more people to work here.

Supposed to open at 6am, they were inside but were not taking orders.I even drove to the window and politely tooted the horn to get someone's attention but was ignored. Waited 10 mins and still got no service. 3 cars left because no one was taking orders.
The food is a bit untidy but tasty, and you even get to take a paper crown. The only downside is that the floors are sticky and the service is lacking in effort. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
I had a courteous and fast food service. The Double Whopper was expertly built! Very good sandwich. However the fries i got were not fresh and i took a star for that.

Overall good location. Service was a little slow, but it's not much different than any other place nowadays. Staff was friendly.
