Placed an order on the app... went in to collect. The girl at the cashdesk advised there was no cheese bites left and asked if I wanted to swap it for something else. I asked if I could just have my money back for those and have the rest of my order. She went away and got a manager... who advised me she couldn't issue a refund as instore has nothing to do with the app. I asked her how I ask for a refund on the app... don't know I have never seen it done I managed to contact customer services on the app and got help. Couldn't fault the advisor on the app.

Went to go through the drive through but there was no answer through the order point after five minutes we drove to the next window only to be totally ignored by the staff, I finally gave up after ten minutes and went into the shop to complain. The restaurant was half empty and when I complained the staff seemed to offer no explanation or a decent enough apology. Clearly need more training in customer service. With so many other choices for fast food outlets at the Phoenix retail park it's safe to say I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

I will never use Burger King again, My delivery arrived cold with missing drinks. I ordered large Bacon double cheeseburger meals and they certainly weren't large as half the chips seemed to be missing too. I tried to phone to complain and despite a good many attempts no one bothered to even pick up the phone. In my opinion a very badly run restaurant, I would advise anyone wanting a burger to go elsewhere.

Appalling drive thru service at on Male server was totally disinterested, didn't ask what drink was wanted with meal then dropped some of my payment coins as he wouldn't stretch his arm through the hatch and then claimed I had underpaid hehaddropprd the coins ! Fries were cold and lying in the loose in the bag rather than in dedicated packet. Will never return.
