I placed an order at this restaurant and almost ended up being overcharged. I noticed the mistake and informed the staff, who promptly rectified it. However, when I received my order and started driving home, I realized that they had given me a small fries instead of a large one. The food also took about 30 minutes to be ready, which was not very fast for a fast food restaurant. Nevertheless, the food was tasty and overall, it was an okay experience.

They can't scan for loyalty points or the free app spin for free items scandalous really, all BK outlets should participate in the head office app schemes. Worst of all though, is that on my Whopper meal I took out the onions and added cheese, they charged me £0.80 for the cheese a disgrace, especially when it only cost £0.50 before Covid a rip off!

I'm not saying service is slow but order your food, wait to see what they don't have walk over to McDonald's get the missing items walk back SLOWLY n your order may be ready restaurant is dirty n scruffy needs a lot of TLC would I go back NEVER

Worst meal I have had in a long time. Burger was dry and overcooked. Bun was stale and the onion rings were soggy and tasteless as if they had been warmed up in a microwave after being cooked earlier. Very disappointed
