Burger King - Reservar una mesa

I visited the restaurant and was shocked to see the serving staff come out from behind the counter to clean up a spill with a mop and pail. They then returned behind the counter with the same gloves on to serve food. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she acknowledged it was wrong. However, another staff member claimed it was a one-time occurrence. Additionally, the toilets were not working and the hand sanitizer dispenser seemed to be empty. I informed the manager about these issues, but nothing was done before I left.

This restaurant is full of dishonest individuals! They hired a private car park service to manage the parking lot and charge hefty fines for even a minute's stay. It took ages for me to get served. This costly birthday celebration for my daughter left a bad taste in my mouth, and I have no intention of coming back. I will also advise my friends and family to steer clear of this place.

Burger King uses parking companies to unfairly penalize customers who overstay by as little as fifteen minutes. They even threaten to visit your home. Shame on you, Burger King, for employing these tactics.
