Hello, second home delivery in Covid period 19 where during the first it was missing 1 drink (1 cherry Coke) and where everything is cold because in adult menus the hamburgers and fries are packed in the same box as fresh drinks and ice. Fried hamburgers with cold and watered Sprite, no one would like. After a call to BK the interlocutor returns the ball to Uber Eats but it is not Uber Eats that packs the menus, they only deliver!! Under the pretext that the pounder would have spilled drinks and ice what is certainly true but then for 3 menus to 36,90€ TTC per order that always arrive cold to whom the fault when fried burgers are packed in the same box as fresh drinks and ice?

I order a master cantal menu I customize the burger by adding a steak and bacon the waiting time and huge gold that we were only 3 client to wait (25minute) for the final to go with my order and realize that the burger was not respected I like to pay the supplements to have the standard burger a shame it deserves not even a star
