At the drive command (up to 22h , the speaker seems not to know the card... It happens. Then 30 minutes waiting in the drive line while when you are at the last phase (waiting order after paying, you see the collaborators discuss between them, use the broom, pass hands without gloves on the face...and then take the commands without washing your hands!!! And when they pass by us who wait, we really feel like disturbing them: not a word to explain the wait After 30 minutes of waiting, you get the order without an excuse. In view of the perceived quality of the service, I decide to check my order: the sandwiches are cold! 30 minutes waiting for cold sandwiches... I go back to the restaurant to...
We went to the Burger King of Bondues following our disappointment of Mons's, drive in the health context. Quick service, very friendly and smiling welcome. On the other hand, we go home and there surprise: The whole order of food, burger and other and presents but it lacks all the sauces (barbecue, 1954... a total of 10 in view of our order). A phone call and there, just apologies, no proposal to come to search for sauces, no commercial proposal for a next visit, just a request for more attention from the teammates will be made... A little bit of a run!
Arrival at 22:15 Saturday 26 March 2022 order on terminal to eat inside the restaurant. I used the service: HOME DELIVERY Delivery. The restaurant canceled my order impossible to have explanations. Service isn't really good! I don't know anything and the restaurant stays uncomfortable. I could have put a higher negative note I would probably have made it related to the various problems that this type of service generates when it does not work! We waited 30 M then 20 minutes then 10 minutes then canceled ... the family was really disappointed! See over there!

More and more expensive and more disappointing! Last night we ate cold at the drive... At 9 p.m. and I waited so long, so I thought I would eat hot. I wanted to call to complain, but the number isn’t recognized... I don’t recommend at all this restaurant in Bondues or in addition we are very badly received! Everything's wrong!
Burger King has exceeded my expectations with an exceptional experience! The service was fast and friendly, the hamburgers were delicious, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming. I strongly recommend for a quality quick restoration experience.
The burger was delivered cold. It's very unpleasant. Fortunately the manager changed it against a hot one. They really have to pay attention to this little detail, otherwise the customer will not return...
