Burger King - Reservar una mesa

Terrible service and the person at the counter was very rude. We ordered 3 adult menus and 1 children's menu. The trays arrived about 10 minutes later and things were missing so I returned to the counter to kindly ask for them (for information it was after 2:30 p.m. and there were no customers except us and one other person). The person at the counter quickly looks at the order on his screen and tells me in a very curt tone that everything has been served. I had to insist that she come and check on site and found that everything had not been served. She didn't even apologize.
