There's an older woman who I've had help me many times in the drive up window who had been very rude in the past but I've excused it since I work in the service industry too and figured she was having a rough night. AVOID THIS BURGER KING AT ALL COSTS! We had the exact same experience as Michael J. Our group of five used the drive-thru and were told they only accepted cash. We only had a $100 bill and, without checking prices first, paid it. We received just $23 in change for about $50 worth of food, confirmed through their app. When we questioned this, the woman at the window took the cash back, claimed we had spent $70, and offered only $35 change. When we asked for a receipt, she said the receipt printer and card reader were broken. I visited this Burger King for lunch recently, expecting a quick meal and nothing more. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this turned out to be one of the best fast food experiences I've had. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to inquire about my day as they took my order. Jazmin, the young woman at the front, greeted me with a smile and even recommended one of their seasonal offerings, which I ended up really enjoying. It was clear that all the staff genuinely appreciate their work; they took the time to build rapport and personalize my order. I would highly recommend this location—it's definitely a 10/10 compared to all the other Burger Kings in town.
Horrible. Older lady (manager) was super rude and I waited in line for over 15min. and there were only 2 cars in front of me. They are always put of stuff and their sign is always broken. She wouldn'ttell me my price said I had to wait for my receipt and then told me after charging that they didnt have and one of the items I had ordered. Didn't charge me for it but she could have told me when I was ordering. Highly disappointed. Would give a zero star if I could. Happened at 2:36pm on 10/6/2023.

I tried the new hand-breaded spicy chicken sandwich at Burger King and absolutely loved it! It arrives in a convenient foil-lined pouch to keep it warm, and the combination of the crispy breaded chicken with their sauce was so delicious that I almost bit into the wrapper by mistake. Definitely a must-try item on Burger King's menu!
The Candied Bacon Whopper had very little bacon, just a couple of paper-thin slices. I couldn't even tell if there was any jam or crispy onions on it. The large fries were only half-filled. Overall, it felt like a big disappointment.
What on earth is this?! I ordered a chicken wrap for $2.99, and this is what they gave me. I’m speechless. I used the drive-thru and didn’t have time to return. Simply unbelievable. Burger King, wow.
I share the same feelings as others. The older woman working at the drive-thru was careless, inattentive, and slow. However, the food was decent.
