Title: Disappointing Experience at the Restaurant
I had a really disappointing visit to this restaurant. The service was subpar, primarily due to the store manager, Nancy. She was quite rude and made disparaging remarks about customers right in front of us, assuming we wouldn't understand her Spanish. Additionally, it took her about 10 minutes to take our orders while she appeared to be just sitting in her office.
I also noticed her making unkind comments to her employees in Spanish, which seemed to negatively impact their morale. You could truly see the low spirits on their faces. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that I hope gets addressed.
I am very disappointed with this restaurant. Seriously, don’t ask what sauce we want if you’re not going to include it. When I opened my bag, all I found were a few ketchup packets. It really ruined my lunch. This is the third time this has happened, and I’m never going back. The employees here really need to improve.
There have been significant improvements at this location recently. I hesitated to write a review before because the service was quite poor, but now, both the interior and exterior have been completely revamped for the better. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
Terrible customer service. Don't eat from this place. They will not make all the menu you order, and they tell lies and try to steel your money. Waste of time, waste of money.
