We tried the new Kebab Döner Burger and it was a disaster. 1. The shop itself wasn't clean. The digital outdoor advertising was mirrored and, on top of that, covered with their own advertising. 2. The service doesn't speak German. Sure, the young man needs to learn. But at the cash register? Of course, the answer was, he must have gotten two chicken dishes instead of one chicken and one beef. 3. The burger was the worst thing I've ever eaten in my life. Let's get to the chicken. It was chicken nuggets, and on top of the chicken nuggets were sliced chicken breast. The onions were so thickly sliced, when you bit into them, it just tasted like onions and a sour sauce. I don't know what the others are complaining about, but the place is doing really well. The food is fresh and incredibly delicious, try the kebab burger! Sure, you'll have to wait a bit, but where else? Just chill on your phone or go for a vape, and that's it. But terminals would be nice, so it's deducting one star for the atmosphere. And sorry, but if you can't drive and you're giving it a one-star rating for the entrance and exit, you should just skip it... Just saying. K, thx, bye
Good afternoon, I was at your Burger King at 3:20 pm. There was a slim, black-haired woman there, not the one with the mask, but the other one in a hoodie. I think she's Indian. Very unfriendly and unpleasant, she talked behind every customer's back (gossiping and laughing at them because of how they look). I will never come back to your restaurant.
They always forget parts of their order at the drive-thru. It happens so regularly now that it's hard not to believe they're giving orders from above. Because 10 out of 10 times at the drive-thru, I've had to go back to the store because they weren't getting my burger/fries/drinks, etc.

The team is very friendly and professional. The food is always freshly prepared. My only complaint was that I occasionally had a lot of pickles on my Whopper, Whooper Jr., or Big King. It's nice to say, but 4-5 pickles don't taste so good anymore ;
Monday, 6:45 PM. The place was completely empty except for two people. I ordered a Whopper meal (the Whopper meat was dry and only lukewarm). Nothing was freshly cooked!! It doesn't surprise me that it's quiet here at this time!
The delivery service is a disaster. Orders are regularly missing something. The fries are often cold. The staff barely speaks German, making them useless when it comes to returns.
The food was delicious, which is the most important thing. It wasn't busy, and the atmosphere was a bit dated. I didn't like the menu; it was confusing.
