Got the order completely wrong. Don't even know their own menu. Told me they didn't have 2 cheese burgers, but could order a cheeseburger and another cheeseburger! Paid for 4 cheeseburgers but discovered when we got home only was given 2. Got drink wrong as well. For some reason indicated for me not to move up to the window when there was no one in front of me, confusing those behind me as well. Found out this is to cheat the system, they have a timer and are if they do this it tricks the metrics. One time was asked to pull into the parking lot and they would bring me the order. I was very disappointed with my experience. I've been stuck at home with COVID for three weeks, and finally craved a burger, so I decided to head to my local Burger King. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy and cold, which was really frustrating. The chicken fries were cold as well—what is going on? I ordered the jalapeño cheese bites, but they were never included in my order (at least I wasn't charged for them). The menu sign was also poorly positioned, cutting into the path for cars. The guy in front of me even drove on the grass to get to it, and I barely squeezed through. On the bright side, the burger itself was good! But next time, I think I’ll try Checkers instead.
I absolutely love this amazing place! I didn't expect it to be so good, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The food is beautifully prepared, and I’d give it a perfect 5 out of 5!
Rude employees and they make you stop before the window to keep there timer down to make it seem like they are putting out food faster

70-80% of the customers are Spanish speakers. The young gentlemen are nice to all the customers. Happy visit.
I ordered onion rings but received fries instead. The burger was dry and not fresh, and the soda was flat.
Despite some errors in different parts of the order, the food was delicious and freshly prepared.
Remember when the food used to be served fresh and hot And your CSR spoke English ?
