Burger King - Reserva de mesa

When ordering my food I always ask for fresh food because if not they will give old food that’s been sitting in the warmer for 3 hours 20 mins. Let’s not for the alien at the window that can’t understand English but is the manger . Then when telling the code for points , I have to repeat myself 7x literally!! THEN WHEN I SAY IT SPANISH SHE STILL DONT UNDERSTAND. Now why is she there. Please help me understand. I’m so pissed cold food , bad service, and can’t understand your own language . Very unprofessional, unorthodox, lazy, nasty people

Their original chicken is still the best but the shake machine has been on the repair list for a year.I know the King can buy another.
