Simply put THEE absolute WORST fast food experience of my entire life. Employees close whenever they want a break, the order W as totally wrong, constantly close early, absolutely the most rude staff I've ever encountered. Someone could offer me free food and 100 bucks cash and I would say no way. I'll will never give this particular store my business ever again and I will tell everyone I know until the end of time to never go there, pleade with them to go somewhere else. I'm here from Texas, would be nice to find a fast food place worth going to. Stopped here a couple of weeks ago, ordered a breakfast sandwich. It was extremely cold, was disappointed but they did seem very short staffed so did not complain on that visit. Went back there today, was the only one in line and ordered 2 meals. Now they handed my food to me right after taking my money, had to of already had the food cooked and just sitting there cause again it was freaking cold. DO NOT waste your time or money going here. Very disappointing.
sa on the drive thru for over 10 minutes, said hallo several times and said I was ready to order before I finally said we are not taking orders now because it is a change. the individual was very loud and abrupt with the statement, I have never heard of a restaurant that shuts off for a longer time because of a shift. I'm sorry that the people behind me who order more than likely and hired for even longer. this was only the second time that I was in this Burger King, and it will be the last time.

had never had a good experience with this special restaurant. waiting times are unusually abnormally long, orders are made sloppily and often wrong. paid extra for speck and received a single incredibly small shrunk thing (see picture). if they can not waste their time with this location, they go to the morton or the university road in peoria. Otherwise they go to a competitive or better a local business. bildtes sandwich is supposed to be a bacon whopper melt.
First and last time I ever go here. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting just to get to place an order. When I finally pulled up to order the lady said very rudely SYSTEM DOWN . That was it. No sorry I can't help you, or sorry for your wait, or anything except that. I can understand things go wrong sometimes but the way I was rudely informed after such a long wait with no apology was horrible. Avoid this place.
My husband insisted on Burger King for lunch. Got our food home and all of it was cold, and not just like a little bit from the drive home, but completely cold. All of it, like it wasn’t even in a warmer at all. Not even my toddler is eating it. Waste of 20 something dollars.
