If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Awful customer service, the place stinks, the food was cold and terrible, the employees were disgusting themselves.I tried to be nice about an order mistake on their end, only to be basically yelled at. The issue was not rectified even though it was a mistake on their end. I had to pay for it. Once we finally got our food, we were stared at the entire time we ate.When we went to leave, i spoke directly to the one staring at us the whole time and said “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean. This place is grimey.” I was then told that they were going to call the police. LOL.In all my years of customer service I’ve never seen any employees...
So my entire family (myself, husband and 4 kids) come in for dinner before the inside is closed. We put in our order and as we are waiting on our food everything is normal. Then they give us our meal IN BAGS and tell us how the inside is now closed (3min after) and point to the door we need to leave out of. Smh. Basically kicking out my entire family. Rude, disrespectful employees. Smh. I had to walk out fast cause I ain't got no act right and it took a prayer and a Christmas blessing to keep me from going off. Smh. Burger King should be ashamed to have employees like this.
I just have to give a shout-out to this location! My kids are quite young, so when they need to go, they need to go! Typically, the lobbies at most places are clean, which is expected. But I was really impressed with how clean everything was here, including the bathrooms. I truly appreciate that, as I really dislike taking my kids to a dirty restroom with filthy toilets. This place really excels in cleanliness. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!
2nd shift manger for January 8th...why do you ask me if there is any sauce I want, when I tell you yes HONEY BBQ...you gave me everything but what I asked for. ?1st shift is much better, keep up the great work first shift. ?1st shift keeps the drive thru moving a in and out ya go.

At 9 PM, they require walk-in customers who want to sit down and enjoy a meal to order through the drive-thru and then wait on the street for their order. This is a frustrating way to run a business. Burger King needs to reevaluate their customer service approach.
Avoid dining here after 10 PM. The dining room was locked and closed, with no hours displayed on the door. The online hours indicated that they were open until midnight, which was misleading. I can't comment on the food since I didn't get a chance to eat.
