Terrible service. I have been here only 2x and both times I've had a bad experience. The first time, I sat in drive thru at the speaker for 13 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Cars behind me were driving off. The second time, it only took 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker and take my order. Get up to the window and it's the same Asian girl that was there last time. She is just standing there not doing anything. Waited forever for her to take my payment and charged me for 2 rodeo burgers. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich! Finally got my chicken sandwich and there was nothing on it, just the chicken patty.
I honestly can’t recall the last time I felt the price I paid at a fast food restaurant matched the quality I experienced. It seems like many competitors have forgotten what good service looks like. But enough about them. This place is clean, the service is attentive, and the fast food is not only good but also affordable. The parking lot is a bit of an adventure—it's shared with another business and can get a bit tricky to manage during busy hours. Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick meal.
The manager is a rude weirdoSpecifically the red headed woman with glasses. Always rushing and is hella rude every time I’m there. I work near there so I swing through a lot. It’s been MONTHS of this lmao.If you can’t handle a nice person asking you a question then don’t work with people. I’ve never given her a hard time but she seems to have an issue or an attitude every time I see her. She should stay out of the window or flat out quit lmao
I stopped going to this restaurant, even though it's the closest one, due to the manager's rudeness towards me and other customers on multiple occasions. During my last visit, my food arrived without pickles. Assuming it was just an oversight, I went up to inquire about it, only to be yelled at for asking, as if it were my fault for not knowing they were out of stock. I won’t be returning unless there’s a change in management.

Went here a month back. It was supposed to be open only to sit there for a solid 10 minutes with no response. Apparently, the staff here can come and go as they please? The least they could do is put a sign on the drive-thru to let people know.
I really appreciated how clean the dining area was! My food was served quickly and it was hot and fresh. I give the service a perfect 10/10. This is a fantastic spot for a quick lunch or a late dinner!
I got chicken fries there where burnt I asked for sweet and sour sauce they said I don't need it. They gave me a chicken sandwich that I didn't order. They where rude. Will never come back.
Stood in line behind two customers for 10 minutes. Nobody was moving, so left. People came in after me and left as well. It’s a shame because I like the whoppers.
