I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant, and there’s really no excuse for it. The staff seemed incredibly lazy. I specifically requested that my nuggets be fresh and well-cooked, but instead, I received cold and mushy nuggets. Even though I didn’t ask for my onion rings to be made fresh, they still managed to serve them too early, resulting in limp and unappetizing rings. I’m aware that the onion rings only need to fry for a little over a minute, so it makes me wonder how much longer they could have cooked them to make them at least edible. It’s clear that the staff isn’t taking food preparation seriously, and they really shouldn’t be cutting corners when it comes to servin...
Concur with some of the other reviews that this is one of the nicest BK facilities that I have seen, and the staff were super friendly and efficient.But the burgers were lacking. The place was a little stingy on toppings and condiments, and the toppings were got didn’t really look awesome.Unless you got a great coupon, recommend skipping this one and probably hitting the Wendy’s around the corner.
If I could give this place a zero star I sure would. There staff is extremely rude and weird. They also profile depending on whom there dealing with. So expect to be treating right when you’re white but if you’re a different ethnicity or background make sure pick your battle with them because they are some different type of ppl working in this location
My whopper was not very good on this visit. My fries were old, dark and hard and my sprite was 100% water. Machine must have been out of the pop syrup. I was all the way home when I realized what they gave me. Wasn't worth driving 20 mins back there. Food here is usually fine, it just wasn't on this visit.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE SHIFT SUPERVISOR WAS JUST AS UNPROFESSIONAL. YELLING AT CUSTOMERS IN THE DRIVE THRU BECAUSE YOUR FLUSTERED IS NEVER OK. THIS HAPPENED 3/2/24 at 1:40pm.
I frequently visit this place during my work week, and I'm consistently impressed by the quick service and delicious hot food. The staff is always friendly and respectful.
The staff is rude and will scold you for parking in their parking lot when you have to pull up to wait for food that still comes out cold...

I visit there every morning for breakfast. Mrs. Jennifer and her team prepare the most delicious food!
