Burger King - Reservar una mesa

Manager was rude to me today 4/10/2024. I picked up a mobile order. It started at the order kiosk. I could hear her yelling in the background as I told the employee my name on the mobile order. She got on the speaker and screamed what name. I told her. She asked again. I told her again. It is one letter not too hard to comprehend. She snaps for me to drive through. I get to the window and kind young male tells me how much I owe. I tell him I've already paid. Here she comes. Charge her for this one first then this one. I said I had already paid. She repeated the price. I again told her I had already paid. So you had a whopper with tomatoes and lettuce only?? No. That was not my order. I told her what I ordered. She whirled around and went to the kitched yelling all the way. I could hear her yelling she wants everythin on it andfries. She comes back to the front and slings the bag to the young man at the window. SHE goes back to the register and tells me the price. I say I have already paid for it. She comes to the window and in the most hateful tone says you just got this. When did you pay for it? I told her when I ordered on the app. She asked me again and I told her again. She is almost gritting her teeth. She tells the young man to give me the bag and she stomps back to the kitchen!!! I am appalled how this manager behaved to a customer. How about doing something about it?

At this location between 8:30pm -9pm. I ordered a fish sandwich which advertised for $3.99. I was told that I had to get the spicy sandwich. I agreed to order it. Upon arrival I was told $6.00 and some change. I explained that I wanted to purchase the one that was $3.99. I received the worst fish sandwich ever. It was overcooked fried to a crisp, vey oily and soggy. I tried contacting the store. No answer, it seems as though the phone was off the receiver, busy dial. There were no people in line, with exception of the car that was there in the drive thru before me, This was my most horrible experience since the pandemic. I wish that I could have taken a photo to prove how awful this fish sandwich was. I will not return to this location.

This store either needs new management or to be shut down! They don’t maintain regular business hours and have poor customer service! To paraphrase Bon Jovi, this store gives Burger King a bad name!

I’m only going to do 0 star because I wanted to take my kids to play but the manager say they close early today it was 7:40pm march 19 . To come back tomorrow ? like I’m coming back .
