I was a former employee, a morning manager at that, and the way that the employees are treated is a shame. First they are making $11 per hour. Nobody can live off that. They are dirty, nasty and disgusting. This is a photo of OCS bread( original chicken) they were using this bread, that says it's from November, at the end of December. I wouldn't be surprised if they were still using it. I left this job because I never had the help I needed to open and run the store. Nobody ever cared. This is the second time I tried this locations drive thru. By far the worst experience ever in ordering fast food. It took about 20 minutes to get to the order window with 1 car in front of me. When I do get to the order nothing. I say hello and a girl comes back and says a few minutes. 10 minutes later nothing. I say hello...the girl comes back and says a few more minutes. I leave 3 cars are sitting at the check out window. 2 trips in 3 weeks and identical experiences. Worst drive thru service ever in fast food.
I have never had a good experience at this location. They 're super slow, even when going through the drive thru. Unfortunately, the service is always horrific because they 're always under staffed! How are you going to run out of syrup when you serve breakfast?!? I ordered French toast sticks only to be told they didn 't have any syrup to give me, so I was told Thank God they 're so delicious you can eat them without syrup.
This was the worst service ever. The manager was very unprofessional. She hollered out to her staff that the customers have to wait until she got caught up with the drive thru. Don't take anymore orders. People from the drive thru was coming inside because service was slow on the end. Go figure! Never going back to that location.

The food is nasty. The restaurant is nasty. I ordered 2 whopper meal as well as a chicken sandwich meal. All the sandwiches was missing things that were supposed to come on them. I've never had a whopper that didn't taste like a whopper but this place made it possible. Don't waste your money.
I pulled up to the drive-thru and was informed that the wait time would be 5 to 10 minutes. When I expressed my surprise, the employee assured me it was accurate. There was only one car in front of me. Overall, I experienced very poor customer service.
If you want to sit in line for 45 minutes just to get nothing you ordered correctly. I ordered a royal crispy sandwich meal and literally got a piece of chicken cut in half wrapped with a tortilla? What a joke.
I love this burger King! Drive thru is speedy, food is always fresh AND they always say you rule which makes me LOL.
