My experience was amazing the staff is so nice the food was fresh ,there was this one staff member ,I think her name was Abby she was super friendly very kind and polite , everytime I see her she is very polite and has a smile. Very disappointed with my RAW burger. My family has been coming here for years and never had any issues. I understand that mistakes happen but this is completely unacceptable. The food wasn’t bad but the customer service was terrible especially Sama manager she was rude and disrespectful to the customers hope this situation change and they find a solution with her. Just one question... for pickup, isn't easier to call out order numbers which are large and highlighted on the receipt then the items which often are similar? Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Burger King Cheeseburger
