I have noticed a decline in quality since they reopened. The food is adequate when they get the order correct. However, on every visit, my order is mixed up and I receive something completely different from what I asked for. It's frustrating. I may have to stop going and try another restaurant if possible. Update: The service has greatly improved and the fries are now fresher.
This place is disappointing even for a Burger King. You can't expect good service or good food at Burger King but this place came under even those expectations. My fries seemed stale and cold even though I went through the drive-thru. Go to the Popeye's nearby. Even if they spit on your food there it'll taste better than this trash.
My review was deleted, but I'm not surprised. The Spanish women were especially rude. I had a bad experience with a man who was no help at all. The food is different in the afternoon compared to the evening. The service was rude and unprofessional. If this review is deleted again, I will take my business elsewhere.

The onions did me in that afternoon. But the burgers were satisfactory for a quick pick me up. Interestingly, there appears to be more BK establishments outside of NYC as stand alone locations. The 2 for 8 burgers was a decent deal. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I'm glad I have something positive to say. today, on the afternoon, on the afternoon, both people I met were very pleasant. that was hot and my order was right. I rarely go after bk, but if I decided to go back, I would definitely return to this place.
it is a burger king. You know what you need to know about eating. the personal was really cool for my daughter who came out of and treated her special. Open 24 hours!
