My comment was deleted—how ridiculous! This location has really declined! In particular, the Spanish women at the drive-thru are unprofessional. I called customer relations and was told a manager would reach out, but that never happened. Sometimes when you order in the afternoon, the items they serve in the evening are different! The customer service is rude, and I was treated poorly in front of my 4-year-old. If this comment gets deleted again, I'm going to escalate this to corporate and Channel 12 News!
I believe the window drive thru cashier over charge me $1 more for the BK $5 meal. When I ask her why you charged me 6 bucks for a $5 meal She told me straight up I 'm not lying. I can only say that despite all the stars, I really love this Burger King. The jalapeño poppers are amazing, the burgers are impressive, the fries are fantastic, and the Oreo milkshake is just wow! Even at midnight, they never disappoint with their friendly and hardworking staff; these young people really care!

The customer service here was completely unacceptable, even for a drive-thru. The staff member at the intercom kept interrupting me while I was trying to place my order, not allowing me to explain everything I wanted. They repeatedly asked, "Anything else?" before I could finish.
I made a special trip to visit this restaurant, only to discover that they close at 10:30 PM, despite their website stating they close at 11:00 PM. Additionally, Google claims they are open 24 hours.
