Burger King - Reserva de mesa

I went through the drive thru. The man who took my order was very polite and professional. There was only one car ahead of me. It took forever to pay because the big, grumpy man at the first window was too busy watching videos on his phone to take my money. It's rude and inconsiderate, especially since it was cold and raining. No one wants to have their window down for that. He finally took my money but had the audacity to have an attitude as if I was bothering him. I proceeded to the next window. The lady at that window was friendly and pleasant. I waited another 5 minutes for my food only for my courgettes to be ice cold, and my onion rings soggy. It just didn't make sense. The vegetables...

I do not understand how you mess up an online order. I Order a Junior burger and fries for my wife and Whopper with fries for me. We got two Junior burgers but of course I was charged for a Whopper. The bigger issue is you cannot call the store. You have to go through their corporate automated system which will not connect you to the store. The last several complaints I‘ve had with this location have all gone unanswered. The owners of this location just simply don’t care about their customers satisfaction.

Monique is a sweet soul. I know fast food restaurants often get a bad rap, but this employee was a delight. Yesterday was my second time dining with the establishment and it was just as good as the first, that experience had everything to do with customer service. Yes, my order was correct, but the facilitation of the order made all the difference. Customer service counts, Monique is the sole reason why I chose BK over Wendy’s and Popeyes, next door.

How can you stay open if at lunch you can only serve one person in 15 min !!! Chicken sandwich wasn’t even eatable and I was starving. Trashed the whole $13 meal . Terrible . Will not ever stop here again !!!!!! Probably done with Burger King permanently. A disgrace Reserva una mesa ahora

Always have to rearrange the burger. They tend to put everything to one side and I have to spread it around. Had a wait before I could order even though there was no one in line at the counter.

I enjoyed the customer service, however, I understand inflation but this is ridiculous. I ordered a whopper Jr meal. Why does my whopper jr look like a regular kids cheese burger? Never again

Sucked had to wait no customers there and they still couldn't get my order right food is cold and shake taste nasty so sad had to go somewhere else just to get a decent meL

Love their $5 for two whopper Jr. 's I like mine just the normal way, but they do not charge extra for bacon nor cheese. Also, I like their chicken fries. Reserva una mesa ahora
