Burger King - Reserva de mesa

this Burger King is getting worse and worse. missing nuggets went around to ask for them, and the chubby female manager with the short curly hair has to grow up without maneuvering and apparently was not trained on customer service. automatically accuses customers of eating nuggets that were missing! and refuse to give the missing items that the customer paid. You're real! the customer asked to talk to the general manager jaqueline. she said. she will tell you what I did. ( Apparently this rude lady can also read thoughts) as she is not here, she is at the bank. waited and never saw the manager. customer service called and complained. people like they should not work!

If I had the chance to give zero stars I would, I just had the most terrible experience here, I ordered something and they gave me the wrong order then I try to resolve the issue inside and they started giving me attitude and causing me unnecessary stress on me and my pregnancy, the manager was extremely rude and disgusting she doesn’t know how to speak to ppl with respect .. she doesn’t deserve to be working for the public when she doesn’t even know how to speak with them with common decency, this lady should be fired and replaced.. i asked for sprite and they gave me seltzer this place should be shut down

The main goal of this restaurant is to get customers in and out quickly. However, during my visit, I waited in line for 10 minutes without any movement. It would have been helpful if someone was outside taking orders or informing customers of the delay. This seems to be a common issue at this establishment. I recommend using this place as a quick option, but only if you notice the line moving and at least one car proceeding. If not, it's likely you will experience a long wait.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude. We were charged an extra $5 for a slice of cheese and when we questioned it, they gave us a bad attitude. They became even more upset when we asked for dipping sauce. If they can't treat customers with respect, they should find a different job. Reserva una mesa ahora

that is my double chopper with cheese was never given a quitting at this place for over 20 years, they know after one that they don't give it. but really a stack of old krusty jr pattiesmit almost nothing on it! stale fries and lili more than half a cup soda come!

ask for mayo on the side, the mayo here is always stable, suggesting that they do not follow franchise standards here, and refill disposable calo containers with new mayo without cleaning right (or they bought cheap old mayo at a great price).

This location I must give a mixed review,there are times a visit in the evening hours n they are not friendly and fries are cold but during the day it's much better more courteous and food fresher

Not sanitary, food look nothing like the menu, nuggets were cold and looked old. Soda station dirty, tables not clean. Reserva una mesa ahora

The manager quickly took my order so there was minimal wait time. He was very friendly and accommodating.

I had a wonderful time with my children at the restaurant yesterday. It was the best experience so far.
