Order a meal online. Went through the drive thru to pick it up. Asked if I can place another order, worker said yes. When I went to the window, was only given online order. When I asked about the order at the window, the manager Rosa yelled at the younggirl training at the window for taking orders in addition to confirming an online order. While waiting for our missing items,you can hear Rosa making rude comments about us. 10-07-22 my mom and I stopped there for lunch since it was on or way back to her place even thou I have been told by other Burger King employees not to go to that location. We had the worst experience ever. The manager was extremely rude and refusedto give me my order that I paid for online. The University location has a lot of issues (I have inside source) however unlessthey fire the manager and care more for their customers instead of just times they will continue to lose customers. It's unfortunate that I have to give any stars at all. The service here is consistently terrible. You end up waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru, even when there’s no one else in line. This time, we ordered two original chicken sandwiches. They made us pull around to prepare them fresh, and after about 10 minutes of waiting, we finally got our food. When we got home, there was only one chicken sandwich and two fish sandwiches instead! It’s clear they know exactly what they’re doing, they just don’t care. I’ve updated my review because this location has not only improved its appearance but has also started offering better quality products. They were even kind enough to let me try out the almost functioning soda machine after mentioning that it wasn’t working well. While it wasn't terrible, it did take quite a while to fill the cup, dispensing only a second’s worth of soda with each push. Given these improvements, I believe this rating is well-deserved.

The two women working at this restaurant single-handedly managed the reopening of the store. They conduct themselves professionally and take ownership of their responsibilities. Their hard work deserves to be compensated at the level of an owner. Their dedication and commitment are evident in their work ethic. They should be paid generously, surpassing what other companies offer, as they truly deserve it. Working here fills one with pride.
I had Burger King for the first time in a few years today, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and the staff were friendly. The difference in freshness really stood out, as I have encountered stale and greasy food at other places. I will definitely be returning for lunch!
I placed my order and the person at the counter was fantastic. However, when I got home, the food didn’t meet my specifications. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, and they looked and tasted like they had been sitting around for a while.
This location has friendly staff and is kept clean. I went there with my roommates for lunch. We ordered our food as anyone would do and the food was quickly prepared and the order was flawless. Will come here again

Please consider changing your oil and cleaning your soda lines and nozzles. My Coke tasted like root beer, and the fries were disappointing.
Good food and very fast. Restaurant fairly recently remodeled. Staff very friendly.
