Burger King - Reservar una mesa

I just went thru drive thru at 840pm 01-29-22 and ordered a large double wopper combo with cheese and no tomatoes with large coke and an extra double wopper on the side, as I'm driving home i pulled the fries out to eat as I drive and the fries are room temp.. not even hot..After getting home I open the burger to eat and its a single patty that looks like cardboard and doesn'ttaste like a beef patty, no mustard, no mayo, no cheese..But it had tomatoes... that I didn't want. I looked for a receipt in the bag..No receipt...! Great...$25.08 down the drain.I looked up the store and called it.. its not in service its disconnected.I find this unexceptable on all levels.

I wish this restaurant would hire more employees. The one worker who was handling four jobs at once (taking orders, delivering food, handling cash, restocking at the drive-thru) was overwhelmed. It seemed like she was working so hard that I was worried she would get dizzy. Maybe Burger King's business model is to overload their employees with tasks. I ended up receiving an item I didn't even order (I'm sure the person who wanted bacon on their burger was disappointed). The management should take note of the stress that the workers are under when they try to handle so many tasks at once. Hopefully, they will address these issues after reading my criticism.

I was just one in the line. service very slow....on the line my eating cold. I thought you had more to do if you were so good. server said that we like it as if not to. that was my last time. where are the bosses owner? omg! I just flew to alhambra to my mother. not everything.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The prices were great. I ordered a large hamburger, fries, and a soda. When I went to pay at the counter, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the price had been reduced. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

This restaurant is extremely pricey and does not accept any coupons for the main menu. Additionally, the customer service is poor. Despite it being close to lunchtime, the restaurant was not busy.

I always use the drive-thru at this restaurant and have never had a problem. The employees are always friendly and efficient.

Burger taste has changed. Tastes like it was microwaved. Not as much flame broiler taste like when I was a kid.

It’s 5:55 PM. They shut the door from inside. ?????????? Why not just leave Alhambra community for good.

Missed two requests on the order-drive thru. Fries tasted as they been cooked in old oil.
