I'm sorry, call it a bad mood, maybe I'm super hormonal, but this place is just god awful at getting orders correct. Not big orders. Two meal type of orders. And not ONCE has this place gotten it right. Tonight just broke the camels back. I burnt our stew that I was cooking all evening while distracted with helping my kiddo do her homework. My husband offered to run out. For me, he ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato, and a sprite. They gave him a Dr Pepper and a regular crispy chicken sandwich with tons of lettuce and tomato. Literally the exact opposite of what I ordered. I just don't get it. The drive-thru experience at this restaurant can be problematic, as I have twice left without my card. It seems that the woman working there intentionally holds onto customers' cards for too long, causing them to forget about retrieving it. When I returned to retrieve my card, she had to search through a pile of cards, suggesting that this may be a deliberate scheme. When making a payment at a fast food establishment, it is standard practice for the order taker to promptly return the card to the customer. In this case, the woman claimed that I had forgotten my card, which seemed suspicious to me. It appears that this may be a scam in disguise, so beware when using the drive-thru at this rest...
To find the entrance to the winding road between Idlewood Electric and Waterway Car Wash when looking for this restaurant. I recognize the challenges of staffing shortages in today's world, but I felt neglected and waited for a prolonged period without any acknowledgment. A simple greeting would have improved my experience despite the lengthy wait. I would have had a much better time had I used the drive-thru option instead. Could all Burger Kings be like this Burger King? I drove through late at night and ordered my dinner. The lady who helped me was so friendly! The man who brought the food to the car was sweet and kind. The food was the freshest food I had at any Burger King in my entire life. Could every Burger King be like this one? Big thanks for a great experience even though it was close to closing time. I appreciated the smiles and positive vibes.

Very clean BK, happy, energetic staff....especially Martha who will give you a big smile and is extremely helpful and patient. Food is consistent at this BK...our go to for meals almost every day and snacks. This BK like a family....always a very good experience. Just came back from trip to Indiana...not one compares to qualtiy of food or staff like the one at Highland Park Skokie Valley site. Keep up the good work it is appreciated!
I order two original chicken sandwich and I ask nicely that if they could be fresh because my mom has a kidney transplant and the manager there was so rude and rolled her eyes ? like she didn’t like the idea of asking for the food fresh I was paying I didn’t wanted for free. Bad service ??
It's just a Burger King, after all. My only issue was that I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived to pick it up, they said they were out of something that was still listed on the menu. It was a little frustrating, but not a huge deal.
Never had an incorrect order. The guys who work here are sweet. There's a lady who can be a bit mean sometimes but for the most part she's alright. Food is always fresh. I've had no issues with this location.

The restaurant reheats pre-cooked fried items in the microwave instead of preparing them fresh. The food was limp and lacking in flavor. The staff at this establishment are exceptionally unmotivated.
The food was not fresh and tasted terrible. It seemed like it was reheated from the previous day. Overall, it was a very negative dining experience.
