I ordered the bacon king and the patties were moist and old. I requested a replacement cooked on the grill, but the new burger I received was even worse than the first one. It was old and damp, lacking any grilled flavor. It seems like they keep the patties warm in water to have them ready for busy times. I regret spending my hard-earned money on soggy burger patties with no flavor. They were so damp that even the bun was mushy from the water. Additionally, they charge 30 cents for BBQ sauce, while places like Chick-fil-A and McDonald's provide it for free. It looks like I won't be returning here again. The burger was so awful that I ended up vomiting an hour later.
A pleasant experience, the person who served them was so mall, he had an activity that he did not want to work on, the food was cold, the burgers were put in the microwave to heat up, they were not put to cook like before we went to eat there in that same place, it is not the first time. We were going to eat there, it was my children's favorite restaurant but I won't go back there, it's so mall, the food is all cold, I didn't like it at all ??????
I was disappointed with this restaurant. The food was not fresh, and it seemed like it had been sitting for a while. I've tried their food twice now, and I won't be trying it a third time. For the price you pay for delivery, you'd expect the food to be fresh. The only good part of my order was the HERSHEYS Sundae Pie.
The chicken in the sandwich was not cooked properly. While the outside was crispy, the inside was undercooked, rubbery, and cold. It is recommended to ensure the chicken is cooked all the way through before serving. Thank you.

Always a tasty Monday morning treat to kick start my week. This BK location is solid and has never done me dirty.
My only disappointment was not being able to enjoy my favorite Brazilian snack, the furious wooper.
I visited the restaurant today and received excellent treatment from the very friendly staff!
They treated me very well, they were very friendly and the food was very delicious and hot.
