I was in the holiday inn express, in late, so burger king is right next to there, eating was cold, wrong order, went back door locked, so went through the drive through, but went. I had to pay back for the order, but once I was there, she knew a chicken sandwich not a cheeseburger, then yelled at me to go through the drive, I asked what else I should do!
Over the past four years, this restaurant's performance has been inconsistent. However, I recently visited and found that they were operating at a consistently high level. The burgers looked fantastic, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the service was exceptional.
The restaurant consistently leaves items off the order, not just small things like condiments or napkins. This time, they forgot my burger and instead served me cheese sticks that were so overcooked, they had no cheese inside.
I have always love BK. Today I was shocked at how small the whopper jr was. It looked like a kiddy meal size, my drink was wrong and the meal is 2.00 more today than what it was 1 year ago. Just not impressed Reserva una mesa ahora
I wanted to give a special mention to Matt, the manager on duty at noon today. Despite the busy atmosphere, he went out of his way to accommodate my autistic sons and made our visit much more enjoyable.
The burgers appeared to be smaller than usual, but they were cooked well and served warm. I have been a patron of Burger King for several years.
Cold food and slow service. The positive thing is that they did get our order right.
