I had ordered an Impossible Whopper and an order of small fries and small onion rings. Before I had submitted my order, my app notified me that my fries had been upgraded to a medium. Alright, that was a pleasant surprise. We pull up in the drive thru, and the person taking the orders first tells us to wait for a min. We sat there almost ten minutes until I said I am here to pick up my online order for Bill So we were told to pull up to the window, watched one of the SLOWEST workers I have ever seen just meander back and forth. After another ten or so minutes of waiting, he shambles over to the window and says oh we out of onion rings So you told us this after already waiting for ten minutes...
I know people always say if they have bad experiences then just don't return. I work in retail so that I have the personal problems and everything that goes on in the economy, so that I give the people's attention to having bad days. However, every time I come to this particular Burger King, there is never a line, does not seem to have been a line throughout the day and the service is still slow, unpleasant, and eating is always bad quality. I think they just throw away the whole place. that will be my last time.
I ordered a double whopper combo with specific items removed. I asked for Mayo and she said they were out. How you out of Mayo if my whopper had Mayo in it? Whopper was made incorrectly and barely had like 3 pieces of onion when I asked for heavy onion. Very inaccurate and bad services at this location.
If you attempt to order food, you will be put on hold multiple times. Each time you try to add something to your order, you will be put on hold again. This is likely why there was a long line at the drive-thru. I ended up not even placing my order; I just left because the service was very rude.

The dining experience was not pleasant. The employee behind the counter needs some improvement. Perhaps he was not informed how crucial customer service is, or simply lacks basic courtesy to acknowledge when someone is speaking to him.
Ordered a bacon cheese whopper meal and Chicken King meal. The whopper was cold and was missing the bacon and cheese. The chicken was very hard and not good. The fries were hot but no salt. Tried calling but no answer. Bad experience ?
I enjoyed Burger King when the food was fresh and hot. I prefer the crispy chicken sandwich over the Chi-König sandwich as it was tastier and easier to eat. I hope they bring back the crispy chicken sandwich.
People almost never answer the drive through after 8pm. This has happened to my wife and I more than 5 times. Do not reccomend this BK. Rather drive out of my way to lilburn BK as the service is execelent

They were our of Impossible Whopper so I tried the new Chicken King sandwich. Not the best, wont order again. Drive through staff were very nice.
