very bad customer service. we ate in this place, having fun on the beach and on the way my little one wanted the laundry room..we stopped here again, but they wanted to buy us something to use the washing room. After a purchase, one received the key to the washroom, which was very dirty. went back and asked him for other washroom keys, refused that it was only for employees. my 6 years old felt very comfortable. had to stop from mcdonalds to get him into washroom..terrible service

Not very happy with the person that came from back, the lady named CHRISTINA *preparing food, came around to help/flurt the gentleman in line. Would love to talk to someone about the way I was treated. NOT HAPPY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION *AT ALL* not taking about restrooms how dirty it was.
