Worst customer service!Ordered a two bacon cheeseburger meal. Was going to use a coupon, my bad for not informing at the order kiosk. The person rang me up for two seperate meals, instead of the 1 meal with 2 burgers. Asked if they can change it to the one meal with two burgers but they REFUSED! Manager insisted they already cashed me out when I hadn 't even paid. All they had to do was take one fry out and not give me extra drink but manager had a bad attitude and wanted me to pay for the two meals. I was nice about it and said not trying to give you a hard time and also told them i can wait in the parking lot if they need time to fix the order. Person handed my coupon back and didnt say an...

Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers KETCHUP ONLY, 8 chicken fries and an onion ring. (Not all for me). Driving home, Said to myself YES I CANT WAIT TO EAY THIS ITS BEEN YEARS. Silly me, when I get home, my burgers are doused in pickles and mustard. So I threw those away. Chicken fries tasted like a grade school hot lunch meal(should have thrown those away too). Onion rings were burnt. Looked like they were cooked on Venus. Other than that the worker was very nice.

This restaurant needs a complete renovation. I ordered Chicken Fries and French Fries, and both were terrible!! The Chicken Fries were half hard and half rubbery. The French Fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. It's unacceptable that the staff would serve such low-quality food to customers. I will not be returning to this location and will advise my colleagues and patients to do the same.

Great burgers. Good for that midnight craving of a delicious burger. Pretty good service for what they do I usually Uber eats food so idk if the service is good but they definitely make the burgers and fries good and everything is usually together. I had a terrible dining experience at the Burger King in Oak Lawn, IL on 95th Street. The food I received was cold, hard, and even had hair in it. When I asked for a fresher order or a refund, they refused to accommodate my request.

Horrible atmosphere, felt like we were interrupting them. And the facilities for the babies wasn't even available for no reason or whenever it was available.

The burgers and food at this restaurant are delicious. They are currently hiring, so hopefully this will help reduce the wait time in the drive-thru lane.
