Absolutely terrible. I hadn't visited a Burger King in years, and after this experience, I won't be returning. My order was wrong—a chicken sandwich without mayo came slathered in mayo. The fries and onion rings were limp and lacked any salt, and my frozen Coke was only filled three-quarters of the way. The Whopper looked like it had been sitting out all day. I don’t usually have high expectations for fast food, but this was completely unacceptable.
On Sunday, March 17, 2024, at 1:00 PM, I ordered a standard Whopper meal with no special requests. This was my second visit to this location, and they still can't get a simple order right. Putting together a Whopper isn't rocket science! It’s frustratingly careless, and when I called to address the issue, they didn’t seem to care. If you decide to go there, make sure to check your order carefully in the drive-thru, because it's likely to be wrong.
Order a Whopper with cheese meal with extra pickles mayonnaise was just throwing on did not spread it out pickles was stacked in one spot on top of each other so was the tomatoes about three pieces of lettuce fries was cold the chicken wrap my wife ordered that had a half a chicken tender and a whole bunch of mayonnaise it was the worst Burger King experience I ever had went to and I've been to many will never go back
The manager Maya (I believe her name was was not patient, and because I wanted to get a little something extra I was told I could not and take my family through the drive thru line in the horrible rain. I don't understand why customer service is so hard. Smile and have patience. Never again ? the lady at the drive thru who took my money was very sweet. Reserva una mesa ahora
Excellent service! I used the drive-thru to place a customized order, and everything was just right. The employee at the window was extremely friendly. It was a perfect experience!
The Route 35 Wall Township location is the best BK I've been to lately. The interior is sleek, the dining room is spotless, the employees friendly and the food is good.
Unprofessional staff…. Dining room is closed for the short staff… Drive-thru is busy all the time. If you short staff then hire more people and pay good….
