Burger King - Reservar una mesa

first I just want to say that this friendly service should be unacceptable! I would give zero stars if I could. the guy who works the drive-dru has no customer service skills at all. was very rude and very lazy and thought everything was a sweat. I repeated him asked no pickles on the spicy huh even tho he argued that they did not come with any. I'm coming into the window and told him again bro I don't want to pickles on the spicy huh. 2x I told him that. I get my food and go. then I come home and find out that they have shortened me food and my gf takes a bit of their 1 sandwich that is the spicy chicken and there are pickles on it. after everything that came with pickles. they gave me the wrong food. So I'll go back to the Burger King and tell them I want to talk to a manager. the kerl laughs and sweats and screams boss dame customer wants to talk and he aint happy. it's a sweat. they'll tell me to move that she's coming out. I sat out there until 25 minutes waiting for this manager (sheila) to come out. I'm tired of waiting and went back to the window and she's standing there. I told her what happened and she didn't seem to be so afraid at all. told her everything, and she says good, they'll move and they'll get it for her. then the guy comes with my food and still all sweat and says here her eat sir a nice day as he tries to be funny when ya kno what I mean. last sentence the employee should be released and learn how to treat paid customers. the manager did the right thing by replacing the food. I wouldn't advise anyone to be on this place if they were working these nice employees. for happiness, they don't ask a right suit to give me food that could put my partner in the hosptial after they repeatedly asked not to pick up pickles on the food.

Great service, fast and efficient all around. Just need a new order phone or to update the employee's headsets because they can hear NIE that any order it seems even if they still don't listen to or pay 100% attention to the order they take at this moment. Perhaps too loud in the branch or employees try to do too many tasks at once and not give the customers their full attention while taking their orders.

Whopper was like I remember! Delicious! Great service and fast! The latter I got in Ruskin, Fl was terrible, you don't know if they replaced a Veggie burger for the meat, let me swear by Hepper for a while. Very glad I tried it again in Bartow, Fl.

I came through the drive-through at lunchtime with only a few minutes to get lunch and I had great service. Even though I waited a minute and a 1/2 for my fish sandwich it was excellently prepared, the food was hot and the service was great.

This place was about average for speed. Nice, polite and clean, although it was at the end of the lunch break on Saturday. The spicy chicken sandwich had more bites than the Jalapeno-Poppers.
