Very disappointing for the past few months. The ordering process is already difficult, even though you only enter a 6-digit code. Orders take forever, even when hardly anything is ordered. Sauces and mayo are consistently omitted. Today the fries had no salt at all and the burgers had no sauce. Unfortunately, it's getting worse every time.
We each paid over €50 and were treated like dogs. The employee yelled at us No sitting outside, no sitting on the side . What 's that all about? The toilet stinks like Timbuktu. No drive-thru orders, and yet we still waited a long, long time...for fast food. For FAST FOOD!!
The burger was perfect, freshly prepared, the staff were friendly even though it was busy, and the coffee is delicious. The restaurant is clean, although I did see customers throwing their pickles on the floor—so it also depends on the people who visit.
The restrooms are an absolute disaster!!! They stink of urine and are full of shit. The food is mostly cold. Some of the staff are very unfriendly. Hygiene needs to be improved urgently. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food is good here, BUT the hygiene in the restrooms needs to be better. Often, the restrooms smell so disgusting, accompanied by traces of feces and urine everywhere.
At McDonald's, the burgers are almost still hot when you eat in. At Burger King, they're cold, and this isn't the first time. I won't be eating there again.
