New Review 2026: I feel like this place has gone downhill significantly. I've never eaten such bad chicken nuggets. The sour cream dip was awful. The burgers were the usual subpar fare. Old Review: Bland fast food and, more recently, disgustingly flavored soft drinks from the flavor dispensers. Just like we've always known and what people like, plus an improvement. (They can't even make a proper Coke. You already thought the watery drinks from the dispensers behind the cash register were terrible: Try these machines. Anyone who enjoys ultra-flavored drinks and bland food will have a blast.
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but when something stands out positively, I like to share it. Today, the friendly man at the drive-thru was definitely a positive. I've rarely encountered someone so clear, concise, and friendly at the counter. He was attentive, even noticing that the ice cream was missing sauce and adding sugar to our coffee when we asked. I wanted to give him a shout-out for that, because it's not something you can take for granted.
Compared to other citizens king branches, it is much better here. Even in this corona crisis. Only from time to time is an older unfriendly lady here.
