I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member at the window threw my change back at me and sarcastically said, "You're welcome." To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and I had to wait in line again since the doors were locked at 7:30 PM. I waited quite a while for the correct burger, and when I finally got home—just five minutes away—the food was cold. I spent $20 on two fries, two burgers, and a small drink, all of which ended up being thrown away. I wish you luck and continued success at your Williamstown, NJ location, but I won’t be returning.
This restaurant completely redefines the notion of "slow" in the fast food sector. One of the employees, Erith, moves at an incredibly slow pace. I wish I could share a video I recorded that perfectly captures the sluggishness of the service. As a customer, I can honestly say that the wait for our orders was extremely frustrating. To be frank, everyone here would be better suited for roles that require a faster tempo. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a casual visit.
The girl at drive through is the worst, unintelligent, rude, clearly hates her job, not the first time dealing with her winning personality, and I watched her purposely ruin my food preparing my order today, as if your 5 mistakes before didn’t accomplish this. Find a different job, speaking to people isn’t for you….
I used my coupon for the family bundle, so make sure you're ready to provide the coupon code when you go. It was quite busy at 6:30 AM, but they handled the drive-thru quickly and efficiently. The staff was very friendly, and they confirmed my order both after I placed it and again at the window.

This Burger King is now under new management, and I can assure you that during your next visit, you'll experience a quick drive-thru, friendly staff, and fresh food. I really appreciate the new management!
The three young women working there seemed a bit tense with one another. They mixed up my order three times, so I decided to ask for a refund. Ultimately, I chose to just leave instead.
Love the fact that you can still use paper coupons instead of the phone. Overall cleanliness very friendly atmosphere.

It's a typical fast food restaurant, but I'm choosing to come here because they offer vegetarian options.
Poor poor service. Drink was covered in soda. No manors. Also fries were barely cooked and no salt.
